Situated on the 'South West Coast Path', Paignton is within easy reach of Torquay (by `bus and rail), Brixham and Dartmouth (via ferry across the River Dart). There are a whole host of activities and great places to visit on our doorstep, for which we would be happy to advise guests, including boat trips, cycling, golfing, walking and, of course, relaxing by the sea!

Whether it`s just a short break away, your anniversary, birthday we will ensure a pleasant stay. For that special occasion we can arrange for flowers upon arrival and/or a personalised celebration cake made on the premises.
St. Edmunds House stands on the corner of Sands Road and Queens Road with a level walk of just 150 metres to the sea front and some 350 metres from Paignton town centre.
